Depending on your answers, ErgoPro may automatically send you some further information. This is designed to help you resolve many of the common queries and issues about setting up your workstation.
From the follow-up email, click the 'Go To Dashboard' button to arrive at your Personal Dashboard.
Click 'Read' to view the follow-up information.
Once read, you'll be prompted to confirm whether or not your queries or issues have been resolved.
If yes, your assessment will be filed off and you can revisit it at any time by logging in to ErgoPro.
If no, you'll hear from someone in your organisation who will be able to help you resolve the issues.
